Los Angeles-Based Therapy Rooted in Storytelling, Creativity, and Radical Acceptance *
My practice is built for those who often feel overlooked — queer teens and young adults shaping who they are; elders facing aging, illness, and end-of-life; and creatives trying to stay grounded in an industry that rarely slows down.
My mission is simple: to offer a therapeutic space where your story is honored, your fears are met with compassion, and your voice is understood — even the parts you don’t show anyone else.
I also believe deeply in the healing potential of creativity. Sometimes emotions live in images, characters, or metaphors long before they arrive in language. When helpful, we might explore your experiences through writing, visual art, storytelling exercises, or creative reflection – not to make something “good,” but to make space for honesty, expression, and relief.
Therapy works best when it’s collaborative, steady, and human. Together, we’ll explore what’s hurting, what’s possible, and what’s ready to change.
